She is an award-winning realtor, Remax Hall of Famer, and is consistently in the top 10% of all realtors in the Greater Vancouver area. She has raised 2 spectacular (she may be biased) children here, and had her own business as an artist and potter. Fran has been on boards of so many community groups, and consistently helps new residents get involved in our community.
Kelly Riggin – Licensed Realtor, Community Cheerleader and Marketing Whiz
Kelly is all about spreading good vibes! As our community liaison, she ensures we’re not just selling homes but also nurturing the neighbourhoods we love. From organizing events to supporting local causes, Kelly is the sunshine in our community efforts. Kelly has a lot of experience in working with seniors in her 15 years on the Coast by helping to downsize, staging homes as well finding solutions for people just getting into the market. She has been a business owner, investor, worked in hospitality for years and is raising her fantastic son as well. Kelly has bought and sold many of her own properties and real estate investments, runs her own BnB, and is happy to share her knowledge with you good folks. Daria is the wizard behind the scenes, making sure everything runs like clockwork. With a passion for details and a heart for happy clients, she ensures your real estate journey is not just smooth but also sprinkled with joy. Daria came here from the Ukraine 5 years ago, loved the close-knit community of the Sunshine Coast and decided this was the place to raise her five children with her husband Daniel. She is fluent in Spanish Ukrainian and Russian, is relentlessly positive, and generally a joy to be around (our words!). Daria is a real estate investor with a background in Project Management. She is passionate about creating affordable housing and has worked directly helping immigrants to settle in Canada and make the Sunshine Coast their home.
